Welcome to No Stinking Gym. This site is for the regular folks who would rather work out at home than stomach the comic tragedy that goes on in most commercial gyms. You can save money, save time, and get a better workout at home anyway. Much of the attitude and information found in most gyms is useless and potentially harmful.

KettlebellsI’m just a regular guy who has studied strength training and fitness for years. I’ve had my ups and downs. I don’t claim to have all of the answers, but hope to at least point you to them. My goal is to provide alternative approaches to mainstream fitness methods. Also, this is not a bodybuilding site. My focus is on functional strength training, kettlebell training, endurance, and general fitness. Make those your goals and add a proper diet, and a great-looking body can certainly be yours.
